Living Stones Church Policy & Procedures Manual.
Like many growing churches, we have had to go from "oral tradition" to "written guidelines". Insurance and litigation concerns must be met in today's complex society. Our children, leaders and families need protection with love, care and concern. Personnel policies need to state clearly the expectations for pastoral, ministry and support staff. Facilities need to be managed fairly for all concerned and this done within the constraints of various levels of government under their regulations. A church may be interested in using this manual as a guide for developing its own to meet particular needs of its congregation and situation.
Ordering Resources.
Local area residents can come to the church office (hours 9 a.m to 5 p.m., from Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays) and order resources directly. Copies are usually available on hand. These resources can also be ordered by mail, accompanied by a postal or bank money order. Resources will be mailed via regular Canada Post, with mailing charges added to the invoice as listed. Costs for resources and mailing will be Canada and USA at par. The varying monetary exchange rate will allow for higher costs of mailing to the USA.
