SERVING IN CARE MINISTRIES

Stephen Ministry (Personal Crisis Ministry): This ministry equips laypersons to provide distinctively Christian one-to-one care to those experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances, both in our congregation and community. Stephen Ministry will enhance our Christian caregiving and outreach by creating a “caring ministry explosion” where many instead of a few are offering God’s love and care in intentional, systematic ways and by identifying our congregation to our community as a place where people’s needs are taken seriously.

• Time Commitment: One hour per week plus monthly supervision meetings.
• Must complete 45 hours of training (course fee is $95.00).

One-on-One Discipleship: Lead a new or recently committed Christian through our discipleship materials and offer prayer, encouragement, and support.
